Cancellation Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be paid via cash, Zelle, or an approved digital method and are applied toward your service total. 48-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Changes made within 48 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit. • A new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Shows: Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. • A new deposit is required to rebook. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • Late arrivals that require rescheduling will forfeit the deposit and must rebook with a new deposit. Previous Work: Touch-up pricing is only available for work originally done by B.Beautë. A consultation or photo approval is required for previous permanent makeup from another artist. Follow-Ups: Follow-up appointments are not included in the initial service price and must be booked separately. Follow-ups can be scheduled 2–6 months after the initial session depending on skin type and artist discretion. If rescheduled past 6 months, touch-up pricing applies. Service Refusal: If another artist works on the treated area after your appointment with us, B.Beautë may decline further treatment on that area.
